What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, products that are not in a fully reselleable condition cannot be refunded. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. What if I receive a damaged item?
