All prices are in EURO and include VAT. We accept MasterCard and VISA

The account details you enter when purchasing products at our online shop are processed by Quickpay and will be sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL).

The full amount of your order will be charged to your account once your purchase has been shipped from PHARLAE’s warehouse.

At PHARLAE, we make an effort to ensure that our website is updated and free from errors. However, we accept no liability for any sold-out items, printing errors, price changes and unforeseen events.

PHARLAE is responsible for the products until they reach you, after which the package becomes your responsibility. PHARLAE cannot be held liable for damaged products in your possession. 

PHARLAE maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been received.

PHARLAE reserves the right to amend and update the terms and conditions of this website. It is therefore your responsibility to keep abreast of any changes.

The use of product designs, product names, images or trademarks presented on the website is not permitted without the prior written consent of PHARLAE. Any misuse will be reported.

When you order a product from PHARLAE’s webshop, you will be asked to enter a number of personal details (name, address, phone number, email and delivery address) including financial information (credit card details).

The information will be used solely in connection with delivery and billing, and for any purchase-related purposes, e.g. if there is a problem with your order. In submitting your order, you agree to us using your information for these purposes.
