At PHARLAE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
According to EU consumer protection laws, you have a mandatory 14-day right of withdrawal. At PHARLAE, we have extended this to 30 days. You can return your purchase for any reason within this timeframe.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, and in its original packaging.
Handling the goods: You are allowed to inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond this, or is damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount based on the diminished value of the goods.
Proof of purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Please note:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages, Issues, and Warranty
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have a 24-month warranty on all products.
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@pharlae.com.
Claims: If a product develops a fault within 24 months, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the specific situation and the nature of the defect. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Custom products: Such as special orders or personalized items.
Hygiene and Personal Care Products: For health and hygiene reasons, certain products such as skincare, shampoos, and other beauty items are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the protective seal or packaging has been broken after delivery. If the seal is broken, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Gift cards: We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Please note: We DO accept returns on sale items, as required by EU law for online sales.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@pharlae.com.
