Return Policy

Our products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package. All returns must be in their original condition, with labels including hygiene seal. We do not accept products that have been opened.

Returns on promotional or sales items are not excluded.

We will refund you the cost of your items in full minus the cost of shipping and return. Our warehouse team checks the status of the products and will only refund if it complies with the return policy and conditions. Returns are at your own expense, you can send your order to our warehouse yourself. 

Make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders after they have been shipped. Orders returned to the warehouse due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.

If you want to return something, please follow these steps:

(Within 14 days)

• Contact us at hello@pharlae.com with your name and order number and reason for return.
• We will send you a return form asap that you can add to your return package.
• Prepare your package with the products in perfect condition and in the original packaging (with label).
• Don't forget to add the return form.

If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us directly at hello@pharlae.com with your name, order number and nature of the problem. Please add a photo in case the products are damaged.
